SINCE THE PANDEMIC HAS PUT BRAKES ON OUR TRAVEL, WE ARE BUSY ALIGNING OUR RESOURCES TO WORK ON A HYBRID FARM AND RECREATIONAL CENTER.
We have embarked upon a new journey of giving shape to an idea of building a community space. A space dedicated to mother earth and the various species which co-exist together. A space to learn and propagate modern healthy practices, community farming, water conservation, fair trade and safe & conscious travel. A space for transformation and self expression. A venue for creative ideas, cultural events and platform for local art & artists.
The constant changes and new developments across the world are bringing forth the much needed paradigm shifts in our thought processes. Perhaps the elongated pandemic has acted as a catalyst in raising the collective consciousness of people, community, organizations and the world at large. For some the awareness has always been there but the action has been missing. Our goal is to encourage rational ideas, bridge gaps, fill in the blanks and facilitate positive transitions by building a sustainable eco-system. Thereby, usher in a new collective society which is conscious and sensitive towards its needs, people and resources.

New volunteer travel standards
The IVCO Forum met in Kigali, Rwanda in November 2019. The highlight of the conference was the presentation of new Volunteer Travel Standards and True Places was there to be part of the conversation.
